Web Developer (A-Plant, Warrington, May 2004-date)

Web Developer (Safe & Secure, Ashbourne, Sept 2003-May 2005)
Working under the flagship of S.A.S I developed numerous commercial sites from start to finish, as well as being involved in some update contracts (see my portfolio).

Office/IT Manager (Safe & Secure, Ashbourne, Sept 2003-May 2005)
S.A.S are a legionella control specialist company involved in the cleaning and treating of water systems against the potentially fatal disease.
The role involved installation and supervision of computer hardward and software., including a Wireless Local Area Network with shared Internet connection, spreadsheets (Ms Excel), company accounts (Quickbooks v6), word processing (MS Word), and presentation writing (MS PowerPoint.)
Company office management responsibilities included:
- Sales enquiries
- Site supervision
- Job allocation
- Book keeping
- Order processing
- Customer relations
- Stock control
- Logistics management
The experience gained working for S.A.S has goven me a good solid start in client based company operations and I was responsible for running the company unsupervised for up to a month at a time on several occasions.

Network Helpdesk Assistant (Communication and Information Technology Services, University College Chester, Sept 2000 - June 2001)
Providing 1st line technical assistance and training to staff and students both in person and over the phone in
- Microsoft Office Software
- The Internet ( Netscape Navigator & Internet Explorer)
- University computing procedures for passwords etc. on both the Novell Network and University Intranet
- Virus awareness and avoidance management.
